The primary purpose of the position is to provide excellent customer service and shopping experience to all guests shopping at WolfPack Outfitters Bookstore.
Perform functions related to cashiering such as:
Operates cash register (ensure accuracy of sales) and handle returns
Establishes and maintains a high level of customer service in accordance with bookstore and college philosophy
Assist in the processing of all bookstore sales, including walk-in, phone and online sales
Maintains accurate records and clean department (Customer paperwork and stock)
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers
Ability to provide exemplary customer service to every guest
Ability to accurately handle a high volume of transactions quickly
Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks
Ability to be punctual
Knowledge of basic computer skills
Pay Rate- $8.50 per hour
Work Schedule: August 7th - end of August
Hours of Operation: Mon.-Fri. 8:00 am-8:00 pm, Certain weekends are required
