Campus Enterprises Mission: Campus Enterprises is NC State’s division of retail and hospitality organizations. Each unit shares a common goal: to deliver quality and efficient services with dedicated financial support for student activity and scholarships.
Purpose: Provide vital support to Campus Enterprises by providing an excellent experience for all guests.
Job Summary
The primary purpose of the position is to provide excellent customer service and shopping experience to all guests shopping at WolfPack Outfitters Bookstore.
Pay Rate: $12 per hour (Tier 2)
Location: Wolfpack Outfitters in Talley Student Union
Work Schedule: Hours will vary. Store hours Monday-Friday 9 am - 6 pm; Saturday & Sunday 10 am - 4 pm
Weekend required Saturday, Aug 16th, and Sunday, Aug 17th. This position starts on August 11 and goes until the end of August.
Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Pulling online orders
- Online order processing
- Online Order customer service

- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers
- Ability to provide exemplary customer service to every guest
- Ability to accurately handle a high volume of transactions quickly
- Attention to detail & organizational skills
- Computer knowledge
