Lead Customer Service-Centennial Campus
Campus Enterprises Mission: Campus Enterprises is NC State’s lead division of retail and hospitality organizations. Each unit shares a common goal: deliver quality and efficient services with dedicated financial support for student activity and scholarships.
Purpose: Provide vital support to Campus Enterprises by providing an excellent experience for all guests.
Job Summary
The primary purpose of the position is to provide excellent customer service and shopping experience to all guests visiting the WolfPack Outfitters on Centennial Campus.
Starting Wage: $10.75/hr (Tier 2) with opportunity for raises based on years of service within Campus Enterprises.
Location: Wolfpack Outfitters - Centennial Campus at Wolf Ridge.
Work Schedule: Assigned shifts between 9a - 5p, M-F
Federal Work-Study Eligible
Essential functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assists customers with purchasing
- Maintaining the sales floor (Customer Service)
- Operates Cash Register (Ensures accuracy of transactions)
- Order and receive merchandise and inter-store transfers
- Open and close store as scheduled

- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers
- Ability to provide exemplary customer service to every guest
- Ability to accurately handle a high volume of transactions quickly
- Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks
- Retail and sales experience or willingness to learn
- Great Attitude/Personality
- Ability to be punctual and professional
