Campus Enterprises Mission: Campus Enterprises is NC State University’s division of retail and hospitality organizations — NC State Dining, NC State Stores, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, NC State Student Centers (Witherspoon and Talley), and the One Card Office. Each department is dedicated to providing service excellence, value and enrichment of the student experience in support of academic success.
Purpose: Provide vital support to Campus Enterprises and NC State Dining by providing an excellent dining experience for all guests.
Starting Wage: $10.00/hr (Tier 1) with opportunity for raises based on years of service within Campus Enterprises. Dining and Catering employees earn free meals and are eligible for an end-of-semester bonus.
Location: Locations : Bragaw, Wolf Village, Talley Market and Shuttle Inn

Essential functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Follow NC State Dining’s cash handling procedures to operate micros system (touch screen cash register) and accurately process transactions through the point-of-sale.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Stock Merchandise
- Prepare quality goods such as milkshakes, waffle cones, coffee, and tea drinks.
- Contribute to maintaining a Grade A sanitation of 95% or better.
- Adhere to all recipe and presentation standards while following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with the fulfillment of online orders in the bakery section.
Essential Qualifications:
Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Prepare quality beverages, such as espresso based beverages, shakes, and smoothies.
Prepare made to order breakfast items (that may include meat)
Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and guests.
Follow NC State Dining’s cash handling procedures to operate micros system (touch screen cash register) and accurately process transactions through the point-of-sale.
Assist supervisor with opening and closing duties of the unit as assigned.
Contribute to maintaining a Grade A sanitation of 95% or better.
Maintain temperature and sanitation to ensure food safety.
Adhere to all recipe and presentation standards while following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
