Dining AIM Admin
Campus Enterprises Mission: Campus Enterprises is NC State University’s division of retail and hospitality organizations — NC State Dining, NC State Stores, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, NC State Student Centers (Witherspoon and Talley), and the One Card Office. Each department is dedicated to providing service excellence, value, and enrichment of the student experience in support of academic success.
Purpose: Provide vital support to Campus Enterprises and NC State Dining, providing help with technology needs.
Compensation: Students will start at a Tier 4 at $14 per hour. Eligible students will receive longevity raises based on years of service within Campus Enterprises.
Work Schedule: Hours will vary. Flexible work schedule
Federal Work-Study Eligible
Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the data collection and entry for the Dining AIM system
- Maintain the Dining Aim Equipment Inventory System
- Student will work with internal departments to collect data and update the AIM system
Preferred Skills:
- Database development and management
- Unverstanding of inventory control systems
- Ability to communicate and document clearly
